Create your reseller account
Sign up at app.mywifi.io. Choose your plan (Starter, Pro, Agency, or MSP), verify your email, and log in to the reseller dashboard. Your account is provisioned instantly — no waiting period.
Configure your white-label branding
Upload your logo, set your brand colors, and configure your custom domain. Your clients will never see the MyWiFi name — they see your brand, your platform, your pricing.
Connect your first access point
Pair your first hardware device. MyWiFi supports 20+ vendors including Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, Aruba, Ruckus, and Cambium. The hardware wizard auto-detects your AP model and generates the correct RADIUS credentials.
Design your captive portal
Use the WYSIWYG portal builder to create a fully branded splash page. Choose your auth method (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Passcode, Payments, Hotspot 2.0, or oAuth), set redirect URLs, configure data capture fields, and preview on mobile/desktop.
Launch and onboard your client
Publish the portal, hand your client a login to their sub-account dashboard, and start capturing guest data on day one. Set up your first automated campaign — a welcome message triggers the moment a guest connects.
