Seven login methods — your clients' guests choose
Mix and match auth methods per portal. Most clients run two options — one high-friction (phone OTP), one low-friction (email) — to capture the widest range of guests.
Email registration
Guests enter their email address and receive a magic-link or OTP to confirm. Captures clean, verified addresses with no friction.
Phone number + OTP
A one-time code is sent via SMS. Strong identity signal — phone numbers have near-zero bounce rate compared to email. Requires Twilio or MessageBird integration.
WhatsApp authentication
Industry first. Guests tap 'Login with WhatsApp', receive an OTP in their WhatsApp inbox, and authenticate. Opens a WhatsApp channel for every confirmed opt-in — critical for LATAM, EMEA, and SE Asia markets.
oAuth login
Third-party provider authentication with profile enrichment. Captures verified name, email, and profile data from the identity provider.
Passcode access
Shared access code for controlled venue WiFi. Ideal for staff networks, VIP areas, or time-limited event access where guest data capture is not the priority.
